Admins build the approved list themselves. It takes about ten minutes to set up, and nothing reaches the team until an admin says yes.

What does Enterprise cost?

Can an admin read what people dictate?
No. A Mac can send weekly totals only: hours saved, dictations and meetings. Never your words, and only once the company turns totals on.
How long does the shared word list take to set up?
About ten minutes. An admin adds the first words, approves suggestions as they come in, and every Mac picks up the list.
What happens when someone leaves?
An admin removes them. Their seat is free for someone else, and their own dictations stay on their own Mac.
