Example: you hold Right Option and say "um so yes, uh, Friday works, can we do Friday". OnVoice types "Yes, Friday works. Can we do Friday?" into Mail.

You can reply to Priya, draft the doc, log the bug, plan the week. Out loud.

  • Hold a key, speak, let go. Right Option by default. Toggle and hands-free modes when your hands are busy.
  • Clean, not rewritten. The Clean style drops the ums and false starts and fixes punctuation. It does not change your words. Often simple rules are enough, with no AI needed. On a long one, the first sentences go in the moment you let go.
  • Most apps. Mail, Slack, Notes, Xcode, the browser. Text lands where your cursor is. ⌃⌥Z undoes it.
  • Say a phrase, type a paragraph. Snippets expand a trigger phrase word for word, without a model.
  • Your spellings. Add names, drug names and jargon to your personal dictionary. Unlimited on Free.
  • Languages I speak. Pick up to 5 languages in the tutorial or the Supercharged Dashboard, and choose your main one. Switch with the language shortcut, ⌃⌥L. The HUD shows the language it actually heard. 100 languages for dictation on Mac, free.

  1. Microphone. The mic listens when you dictate or take meeting notes.
  2. Accessibility. This lets it type the text into the app you are using.

Exact types what you said. Clean tidies it. Polish, Concise, Expand and Custom rewrite it on the Mac, free, and you can pick a style per app: casual in Slack, formal in Mail.
